By 2017, after over a decade of dedication and learning the rhythms of hospitality, Gurdeep took a bold step and founded Haveli Banquet. It was a space to celebrate community, gatherings, and the sheer joy of sharing meals—a place where the ordinary became extraordinary and every celebration was elevated by meticulous attention to detail and care.
Gurdeep dreamed of creating a space where authentic Indian cuisine could meet innovation. The idea had long been simmering: an indoor signature grill, a concept that would allow guests to experience the sizzle, aroma, and theatricality of Indian grilling in an intimate, refined setting.
